arranging repairs was frustrating and time consuming. We knew there must
be a better way, so set about fixing it, to make it easier, faster and fairer for
everyone.

Helpdesk Operator - 37.5 Hours per week - 27k+

We are looking for a new team member to join our property maintenance and repairs helpdesk. Some helpdesk or systems experience would be preferable, and any property maintenance experience a bonus!

Tasks and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

Updating and maintaining Evo systems
Invoicing
Reporting
Allocating Jobs
Liaising with Subcontractors, tenants and customers
Quoting works
General Administration duties
Coordinating and scheduling of repairs and services
Ensuring that members on plan are provided with the service they are paying for
Customer care following up with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure service provided was good
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications

£27k + based on experience
